Raised in a family deeply rooted in the beauty industry, she was introduced to the art of makeup at an early age by her mother, a respected figure in Venezuela's beauty and cosmetology industry. Growing up surrounded by creativity, artistry, and innovation sparked a lifelong passion that has shaped her career.

With more than 17 years of experience in the beauty industry, MJ has worked with countless products, brands, and techniques across film, television, fashion, bridal, and editorial productions. That experience gave her firsthand insight into what truly performs under professional demands, and what doesn't. After years of investing in products that were often expensive, ineffective, or impractical for working artists, she set out to create solutions that are simple, effective, and accessible.

That vision led to the creation of Glam Gang Beauty: professional-grade products designed to make beauty routines easier, faster, and more effective for both makeup artists and everyday beauty lovers.
